Creating a Butterfly Habitat
Who wouldn't love a backyard full of butterflies? Building a butterfly habitat is a lot easier than you think!
When looking to build an environment for critters, you need to look for plants and flowers that are not only practical, but simple to maintain and grow.
I have several favorites, but the top of my list is the Passion Vine.
With it's wild shape and amazing color, it adds a spark to the yard while bringing in the wanted wildlife!
Another favorite is the Blue Plumbago.
I have this planted in both my front and back yard because it has such a beautiful splash of blue that is breath taking.
Plumbago requires very little maintenance once established. It doesn't even require pruning!
It actually likes to take on a free flowing, wild shape so plant it where it will have room to grow.
